Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Pyro Streak collects, why, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. By using the app you agree to the practices described here.
1. Who is responsible for your data
Pyro Streak is developed and operated by Renan Gonçalves Ibañez, an individual developer based in Spain, not a registered company. For the purposes of data protection law, I am the "data controller" of the information described in this policy. You can reach me at pyrostreakapp@gmail.com for anything related to your data or this policy.
2. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information, either because you give it to us directly or because it's generated by using the app:

All of the above is either typed in by you, or generated automatically as a natural consequence of using the app. We don't collect anything beyond what's needed to run the features described in the app.
3. How we use your information
Most of what we collect is used purely to run the app's core features: creating your account, saving your workouts and progress, syncing your data across sessions, processing your subscription, and showing you your own training history.
A smaller subset — approximate location, product interaction, your user ID, device ID, and purchase history — is also used for analytics, so we can understand which features are useful and fix what isn't.
We do not use any of your data for third-party advertising, and we do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone, for any purpose.
4. Legal basis for processing (EU/UK users)
- Performance of a contract — processing needed to provide the app and your subscription.
- Consent — for optional analytics (Mixpanel), which you can withdraw anytime in Settings → Edit Account.
- Legitimate interests — keeping the service secure, preventing fraud/abuse, and improving the app.
- Legal obligation — where we must retain or disclose information to comply with the law.
5. Tracking & advertising
Pyro Streak does not use your data to track you across other companies' apps or websites, does not contain third-party advertising SDKs, and does not build advertising profiles about you.
6. Who we share data with
- Supabase — hosts our database and handles account authentication.
- RevenueCat, the App Store, and Google Play — process and manage your Pyro Pro subscription and payment.
- Superwall — displays our subscription screens.
- Mixpanel — product analytics, only if you've left usage analytics turned on.
- Apple and Google — if you choose to sign in with your Apple or Google account.
We don't share your data with anyone else, except if required by law or in connection with a merger, sale, or transfer of the app (in which case you'd be notified).
7. International data transfers
Some of the providers listed above may process data on servers located outside your own country, including in the United States. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer to keep your data protected to a standard consistent with this policy.
8. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is deleted from our systems, except where we're required to retain limited records for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.
9. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, and access to our database is restricted by row-level security policies so that only you can read or write your own records.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos). California residents have similar rights under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not sell personal information.

11. Children's privacy
Pyro Streak is not directed at children and is not intended for use by anyone under 16 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
12. System logs
Like most apps, ours and our providers' systems automatically collect certain technical information (such as IP address, device type, and crash reports) to operate, secure, and maintain the service.
13. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where the change is material, try to notify you within the app.
