Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Pyro Streak. The app is developed and operated by Renan Gonçalves Ibañez, an individual developer based in Spain ("we", "us"). By downloading, creating an account, or otherwise using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, to create an account without parental involvement.
2. The service
Pyro Streak lets you plan workout routines, log your training, and track your progress over time. A free tier is available with limited features; Pyro Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks the full feature set.
3. Your account
You need an account to use Pyro Streak. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions & billing

- Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's App Store / Google Play account settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own refund policies.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the app unlawfully, upload harmful or infringing content, impersonate others, reverse-engineer the app, or resell access to it.
6. Your content
You own the workout data, notes, and photos you add to Pyro Streak. By adding it, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display it back to you strictly to provide the service.
7. Health, fitness & results disclaimer
Pyro Streak is a fitness-tracking and workout-planning tool. It is not a medical device, and nothing in the app constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program, especially if you have a pre-existing condition.
Any statistics, scores (such as the app's "Fitness Score"), or progress indicators are estimates for motivational purposes only and don't guarantee any particular outcome. You use the app, and perform any exercise logged or suggested through it, entirely at your own risk.
8. Intellectual property
The Pyro Streak app, its name, logo, illustrations, and exercise library belong to us or our licensors.
9. Third-party services
Pyro Streak relies on third-party services to operate — including Supabase, RevenueCat, Superwall, Mixpanel, Apple, and Google. See our Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
12. Termination
You can stop using Pyro Streak and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you've violated these terms.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
